Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure in the of the Amazon with our thrilling 4-day guided experience!

Program Details: 

Day 1.

Departure at 1 pm from Puerto Maldonado.

2 h car transfer along the interoceanic highway and a local dirt road that leads to the village of Lucerna. Upon arrival we switch over to the motorized, comfortable canoe for a 2-3 h boat ride (depends on water levels) until reaching Lago Soledad around 5.30 pm. Check in and rest for the afternoon. Dinner at 7 pm

Day 2: 

6-8 am Early morning lake outing on our large catamaran paddle boat with Coffee or tea 

8 am Full breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade bread, açai bowl and eggs of your choice. 

9.30-11.30 am 3 km rainforest walk visiting millenial trees, a ornate hawk eagle nest (bird may or may not be present), monkeys

1 pm Lunch

4 pm. Afternoon lake outing with piraña fishing if desired. We return in the dark looking for caimans on the way back. 

7 pm Dinner.

Day 3: 

6-8 am Canopy tower searching for monkeys and parrots from the 32 m high tower. 

8 am. Full breakfast

9.30-12 am. 4.5 km island walk through beautiful floodplain forest with Machiguenga local guides. 

1 pm. Lunch

3.30 pm afternoon river cruise in search of tapirs or jaguars. 

7 pm Dinner

Day 4: 

5.30  - 6 am departure to the macaw claylick close to Lucerna. 

7.30 - 9 am Breakfast in the boat at the claylick and waiting for the macaws to come down to eat the clay. (Times vary depending on weather and season)

10 am Departure from Lucerna to Puerto Maldonado

12 pm arrival in Puerto Maldonado. Drop off at airport or restaurant. 

End of services.

Price per person in Double accommodation: USD 750.   Extra night USD 150 (TWIN BEDS OR KING SIZE BED) 

​Price per person in Single accommodation: USD 900.    Extra night: USD 200

- Transfer from Puerto Maldonado to Lago Soledad and back
